Join us and create scary yet elegant Halloween headpiece. We will use easy available materials but learn some tricks that professional milliners use. Each student will create unique Fascinator. 
All supplies included. Multiple choices of the cat faces will be available. 
Allow apprx 3 hours for workshop. 
No previous experience needed.
